About the Role
Multi-Phase Projects is looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to provide senior technical leadership across our most complex industrial and infrastructure projects. You'll set technical direction, provide expert oversight, and mentor engineering teams from early design through field execution.
What You'll Do
- Provide principal-level technical direction across mechanical design and delivery
- Lead coordination across cross-disciplinary engineering teams on complex interface and constructability issues
- Set standards for technical specifications, drawings, and design documentation
- Provide expert field oversight during construction and commissioning on complex projects
What We're Looking For
- 20+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required; graduate or post-graduate degree preferred
- Extensive experience in industrial, infrastructure, or heavy construction environments
- Proven leadership and communication skills across multi-disciplinary teams
