About the Role
Multi-Phase Projects is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, review, and delivery of industrial and infrastructure projects. You'll take a leadership role across mechanical systems design, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring technical integrity from early design through field execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead mechanical design reviews across active project phases
- Coordinate and mentor across cross-disciplinary engineering teams on interface and constructability issues
- Oversee technical specifications, drawings, and design documentation
- Provide senior field support and technical judgment during construction and commissioning
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of relevant mechanical engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required
- Demonstrated experience in industrial, infrastructure, or heavy construction environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills across multi-disciplinary teams
