About the Role
Multi-Phase Projects is looking for an Engineer-in-Training to support the design, review, and delivery of industrial and infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior engineering staff. You'll gain hands-on experience across mechanical systems design, technical documentation, and field support, working toward your P.Eng. designation.
What You'll Do
- Support mechanical design reviews across active project phases, under senior engineer guidance
- Assist with coordination across cross-disciplinary engineering teams on interface and constructability issues
- Contribute to technical specifications, drawings, and design documentation
- Provide field support during construction and commissioning as needed
What We're Looking For
- Recent engineering degree with APEGS Engineer-in-Training eligibility
- Working toward Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation
- Interest in industrial, infrastructure, or heavy construction environments
- Strong communication skills and comfort working across multi-disciplinary teams
