About the Role
Multi‑Phase is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee field execution, contractor performance, and construction quality across major industrial and utility‑regulated projects. This role ensures that construction activities align with engineered designs, regulatory requirements, and utility construction governance. The Construction Manager is responsible for maintaining site safety, resolving field issues, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineered drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Manage contractor performance, site coordination, and construction sequencing.
- Conduct site inspections, verify installation quality, and document deviations or non‑conformances.
- Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Project Managers, and engineering teams to maintain project continuity.
- Resolve construction issues related to installation, commissioning, or system integration.
- Maintain strict adherence to Saskatchewan OHS legislation and utility construction standards.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and final acceptance activities.
- Prepare construction progress reports and site documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of construction management experience in industrial or utility environments.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety protocols, and utility governance.
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance as applicable.
- Completion of Fall Arrest and Confined Space Entry/Rescue training, as required for field access under Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
