About the Role
Multi‑Phase is recruiting a professional Process / Industrial Systems Engineer to execute responsible, varied engineering assignments independently within regulated industrial and utility environments. This role is responsible for process modelling, system integration, and optimization of industrial systems in accordance with APEGS regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Develop process models, mass/energy balances, and system optimization strategies.
- Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, control narratives, and process specifications.
- Evaluate process equipment including pumps, heat exchangers, compressors, and reactors.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation of process systems.
- Apply professional engineering stamps in accordance with APEGS requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan OHS legislation, industrial process standards, and utility governance frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of professional process engineering experience.
- Fully registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGS.
- Strong knowledge of industrial process equipment and modelling software (e.g., Aspen, HYSYS).
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance.
- Completion of Fall Arrest and Confined Space Entry/Rescue training, as required for field access under Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
