About the Role
Multi‑Phase has an opening for a senior‑level Engineering Technologist 3 to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and design leadership across complex industrial and utility‑regulated capital programs. This role supports engineering teams by performing high‑level drafting, field investigations, equipment evaluations, and technical coordination. The position requires deep familiarity with industrial systems, Saskatchewan OHS legislation, SASTT practice expectations, and utility engineering governance.
What You'll Do
- Lead development of advanced CAD drawings, 3D models, and detailed technical documentation.
- Conduct complex field investigations, equipment troubleshooting, and installation verification.
- Support commissioning activities, system testing, and resolution of technical issues.
- Review and validate vendor drawings, equipment specifications, and technical submissions.
- Provide mentorship to Technologist 1 and Technologist 2 staff.
- Maintain strict configuration control and documentation accuracy across engineering deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan OHS legislation, CSA standards, and internal quality systems.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Engineering Technology (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Instrumentation).
- Registered with SASTT as an Engineering Technologist.
- 5+ years of advanced technical experience in industrial or utility environments.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and technical English.
- Completion of Fall Arrest and Confined Space Entry/Rescue training, as required for field access under Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance as applicable.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
