About the Role
Multi‑Phase is recruiting Engineering Technologist 2 candidates to support intermediate‑level design development, field assessments, and commissioning activities within industrial and utility‑regulated environments. This role contributes to detailed drafting, equipment reviews, and technical coordination under the direction of professional engineers and senior technologists. The position requires strict adherence to Saskatchewan OHS legislation, SASTT practice expectations, and utility‑grade engineering protocols.
What You'll Do
- Develop detailed CAD drawings, models, and technical documentation for engineering packages.
- Conduct field assessments, equipment inspections, and data verification activities.
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and installation verification for mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, or I&C systems.
- Review vendor drawings and equipment datasheets for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain configuration control and documentation integrity across engineering deliverables.
- Participate in field work following Saskatchewan OHS requirements and internal safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Engineering Technology (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, or Instrumentation).
- Registered or eligible for registration with SASTT as an Engineering Technologist.
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience in industrial or utility environments.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and technical English.
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance as applicable.
- Completion of Fall Arrest and Confined Space Entry/Rescue training, as required for field access under Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
