About the Role
Multi‑Phase has an opening for a Senior Project Manager to provide advanced leadership across complex industrial and utility‑regulated capital programs. This role oversees large‑scale project portfolios, manages high‑risk construction and engineering activities, and ensures compliance with provincial legislation, utility governance frameworks, and internal quality systems. The Senior Project Manager acts as a strategic leader, resolving complex project challenges and maintaining alignment with organizational objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead major capital programs involving multidisciplinary engineering, construction, commissioning, and procurement activities.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, and strategic decision‑making.
- Review and approve project schedules, budgets, and change control documentation.
- Coordinate with senior engineering staff, Resident Engineers, and construction managers to maintain technical alignment.
- Resolve complex project issues related to scope, schedule, cost, or regulatory compliance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with utility representatives, contractors, and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan OHS legislation, utility construction standards, and internal quality systems.
- Mentor Project Managers, EITs, and Technologists.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of project management experience in industrial or utility environments.
- PMP certification or eligibility considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of construction workflows, engineering deliverables, and utility governance.
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance as applicable.
- Completion of Fall Arrest and Confined Space Entry/Rescue training, as required for field access under Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
