About the Role
Multi‑Phase is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of major industrial and utility‑regulated capital programs. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams. The Project Manager ensures that all project activities comply with Saskatchewan OHS legislation, utility governance frameworks, and internal quality systems while maintaining alignment with engineered intent and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do
- Lead full project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close‑out.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work breakdown structures, and risk registers.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, construction contractors, and utility stakeholders.
- Review engineering deliverables, construction plans, and procurement packages for alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage change control processes, documentation, and configuration management.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and executive briefings.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and final acceptance activities.
- Demonstrate professional conduct aligned with APEGS/SASTT practice expectations and Saskatchewan OHS legislation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of project management experience in industrial or utility environments.
- PMP certification or eligibility considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of construction workflows, engineering deliverables, and utility governance.
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance as applicable.
- Completion of Fall Arrest and Confined Space Entry/Rescue training, as required for field access under Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
