About the Role
Multi‑Phase has an opening for a Senior Construction Manager to provide advanced leadership across complex industrial and utility‑regulated construction programs. This role oversees high‑risk construction activities, validates critical installations, and ensures compliance with provincial legislation, utility governance frameworks, and internal quality systems. The Senior Construction Manager acts as the primary authority for field execution and construction strategy.
What You'll Do
- Lead construction execution for major capital programs involving multidisciplinary engineering and commissioning activities.
- Oversee contractor performance, site safety, and construction quality assurance.
- Review and approve construction plans, sequencing, and field markups.
- Resolve complex construction issues related to installation, commissioning, or system integration.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Resident Engineers, and utility stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan OHS legislation, utility construction standards, and internal quality systems.
- Mentor Construction Managers, Technologists, and field staff.
- Provide strategic input into project planning and execution frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of construction management experience in industrial or utility capital programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in high‑risk construction oversight and commissioning workflows.
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance as applicable.
- Completion of Fall Arrest and Confined Space Entry/Rescue training, as required for field access under Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
