About the Role
Multi‑Phase is seeking Engineers‑in‑Training (EIT) to support process modelling, system analysis, and industrial optimization within regulated utility and industrial environments. Working under the supervision of a Professional Engineer, the role contributes to process flow development, system testing, and field verification tasks. Strict adherence to Saskatchewan OHS legislation, APEGS practice standards, and utility‑grade engineering protocols is required.
What You'll Do
- Assist with development of process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).
- Perform basic process calculations including mass balance, energy balance, and equipment sizing.
- Support system testing, commissioning, and field verification activities.
- Update process documentation based on design changes and field markups.
- Participate in field walkdowns following Saskatchewan OHS requirements.
- Support configuration control and documentation management.
- Demonstrate professional conduct aligned with APEGS' Code of Ethics.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
- Registered, or eligible for immediate registration, as an EIT with APEGS.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and technical English.
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance.
- Completion of Fall Arrest and Confined Space Entry/Rescue training, as required for field access under Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
