About the Role
Multi‑Phase is seeking an industry‑recognized technical authority to serve as Principal Structural Engineer supporting major industrial and utility capital programs. This senior role provides strategic engineering governance, establishes structural design standards, and validates complex structural systems across large‑scale infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Establish corporate structural engineering standards, load criteria, and design frameworks.
- Author system‑wide structural reliability strategies and long‑term asset integrity plans.
- Assess risk profiles for aging structural assets including steel frames, concrete structures, and foundations.
- Perform final technical validation of external engineering submissions.
- Provide functional leadership over senior engineers, guiding advanced competency development.
- Lead strategic structural reviews for major capital investments.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 20+ years of distinguished engineering experience within industrial or utility structural systems.
- Fully registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGS.
- Recognized expertise in steel/concrete design, structural reliability, and advanced modelling.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and technical English.
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance.
- Willingness to complete required site‑access safety orientations in accordance with Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
