About the Role
Multi‑Phase is seeking an industry‑recognized technical authority to serve as Principal Process / Industrial Systems Engineer supporting major industrial and utility capital programs. This senior role provides strategic engineering governance, establishes process design standards, and validates complex system designs across large‑scale infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Establish corporate process engineering standards, system modelling criteria, and equipment specifications.
- Author system‑wide process reliability frameworks and optimization strategies.
- Assess risk profiles for aging process assets including reactors, heat exchangers, compressors, and piping networks.
- Perform final technical validation of external engineering submissions.
- Provide functional leadership over senior engineers, guiding advanced competency development.
- Lead strategic process reviews for major capital investments.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Systems Engineering.
- 20+ years of distinguished engineering experience within industrial or utility process systems.
- Fully registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGS.
- Recognized expertise in process modelling, optimization, and industrial system reliability.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in written and technical English.
- Mandatory Criminal Record Check or Site Access Security Clearance.
- Willingness to complete required site‑access safety orientations in accordance with Saskatchewan OHS Regulations.
- CSA‑certified 6‑inch steel‑toed safety boots.
